What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

I have had bleeding on and off for over a month now. I had an ultrasound done. It says my uterus is retroflexed. The endometrial stripe is 26mm. There is multiple internal cystic collections, the largest 7mm. There is minmal fluid within the endocervical canal & there is some apparent vascular flow in the periphery of the endometrium. My GYN said to this is normal, take some progesterone and come back in 3months. Should I be getting a second look at my results. I m very concerned.
